Homeschool Hangouts is a weekly homeschool enrichment program for students in grades 1–12. Each month, we’ll explore a different subject through mini lessons, hands-on projects, and creative experiments. Join us in the Community Room on Thursdays from 12:00–1:00 PM to learn, connect, and discover together!

SCHEDULE FOR SEPTEMBER – SCIENCE

September 8: Soil Science – Make edible dirt cups while learning about soil layers and composition.

September 15: Solubility – Discover how solubility works using sharpies and simple chemistry.

September 22: States of Matter – Explore solids, liquids, and gases with a delicious root beer float activity.

September 29: Rock Cycle – Use Starbursts to model how rocks change form over time.
