Basket Class: Nantucket Basket Part 2
Strong, beautiful and functional Nantucket baskets are indeed heirlooms to treasure. During this two-day workshop students learn to weave a basket over a mold, precisely prepare rims, and attach a beautifully hand-carved oak handle. Recommended for intermediate to advanced level weavers. Registration for the basic 6-inch basket is $148.00. Other sizes are available to those who have made this basket before. Registration is due by May 28. This session is Day 2.
